Abstract: A three-step switch includes a casing defining a first receiving chamber and a second receiving chamber, an actuating device mounted in the first receiving chamber, three metal contact plates and a metal conducting plate mounted in the second receiving chamber, the actuating device being forced to rotate the metal conducting plate through a predetermined angle relative to the metal contact plates when pressed, to further achieve a three-step switching operation.

Abstract: An electric motor assembly includes an output shaft with a fixed large gear, a driving shaft with a fixed small gear, a motor for rotating the driving shaft, and a gear box. The gear box includes a housing and a reduction gearing, which is disposed within the housing. The gearing includes a plurality of speed-reducing members, each of which includes a rotating shaft journalled in the housing, a large gear sleeved fixedly on the rotating shaft, and a small gear sleeved fixedly on the rotating shaft and with a tooth number and a diameter that are smaller than those of the large gear. The large gears of the output shaft and the speed-reducing members mesh respectively with the small gears of the driving shaft and the speed-reducing members. One of the large and small gears of the speed-reducing members has a side surface.

Abstract: A fly wheel brake device is provided for use in the load adjustment of a permeation fly wheel of an exercise bicycle and other exercising recovery devices. One end of a rotary handle is connected to a brake cable and the other end thereof is connected to a rotary disk so that the rotary disk is driven by the brake cable. The upper side of a plurality of sector sliding blocks each have attached thereto a convex column positioned along a cambered slot in the rotary disk, the lower side of the sector sliding blocks are each provided with an integral disk and permanent magnets. A plurality of aluminum sheets are provided on the bevelled inner circle of the permeation fly wheel and sustain a gap with the permeation magnets. The rotary handle drives the rotary disk to rotate forward or backward under the operation of the cable, thus causing the sector sliding blocks to slide forward or backward, respectively.
