Abstract: A student interactive teaching system allows the student to learn at a level of skill appropriate to the student's learning achievements and learning abilities. The student progresses at a rate selected by the student. Ample opportunity is provided for the student to support and reinforce the learning process through student commanded repetition and review. The lessons are personalized by the recording and storage of student commentary. Video masking of the visual presentation allows the student to challenge his/her understanding of the subject matter when visual cues are inhibited. So too, the inhibition of audible cues tests the students abilities to learn and repeat verbal skills, such as are required in the theatrical arts.
