Abstract: A method and system to draw the attention of, and interactively communicate a message to, a targeted group of people are described. According to one aspect of the invention, a self-balancing, mobile advertising vehicle includes a support platform for supporting an operator in a standing position, a steering mechanism to turn the self-balancing vehicle, and a motorized drive arrangement to propel the vehicle in response to the operator's leaning and shifting of weight. In addition, a superstructure including a structural frame and an outer shell are attached to, and extend upward from, the support platform. The outer shell may be partially or wholly shaped to surround the operator and conceal portions of the mobile vehicle. In addition, the outer shell may have one or more advertising messages affixed thereon.
