  • Patent number: 11959326
Abstract: A vehicle operation detection device includes processing circuitry configured to output a command causing an opening-closing body of a vehicle to open and close in reference to capacitances of sensor electrodes arranged so as to form a row. The processing circuitry is configured to determine that a first operation has been performed when one of the sensor electrodes of which the capacitance increases is sequentially shifted in a first direction from an operation start electrode and determine that a second operation has been performed when the shifting is performed in a second direction. The sensor electrodes include an adjacent electrode adjacent to the operation start electrode. The processing circuitry is configured to determine that the capacitance of the adjacent electrode has increased when the capacitance becomes greater than or equal to a second determination value that is greater than a first determination value.

  • Patent number: 11955959
Abstract: A parallel driving device that drives parallel-connected semiconductor elements includes a control unit and a gate driving circuit. The control unit detects a temperature difference between the semiconductor elements on the basis of detected values by temperature sensors that detect temperatures of the individual semiconductor elements. The control unit generates a control signal for changing the timing at which to turn on a first semiconductor element specified from the semiconductor elements on the basis of the temperature difference. The gate driving circuit generates a first driving signal for driving the semiconductor elements, and generates a second driving signal that is the first driving signal delayed on the basis of the control signal, and applies the second driving signal to the first semiconductor element.

  • Patent number: 11944492
Abstract: A medical ultrasonic sensor array includes a plurality of ultrasonic sensors having a plurality of first electrode plates, a plurality of piezoelectric elements, and a second electrode plate. Each of the ultrasonic sensors has a first electrode plate and a piezoelectric element sandwiched between the second electrode plate and the first electrode plate. Each first electrode plate of each ultrasonic sensor is separated from each other first electrode plate of each other ultrasonic sensor. The second electrode plate is a single body electrode plate shared by the plurality of the ultrasonic sensors. The second electrode plate includes a plurality of cavities, each cavity being formed in a surface of the second electrode plate at which the piezoelectric elements connect to the second electrode plate at a position between connection regions connecting a respective pair of the piezoelectric elements to the second electrode plate.

  • Patent number: 9582703
Abstract: A code reading device is equipped with a region extracting unit 2, which divides a photographed image of a bar code into a plurality of horizontal areas, and extracts readable regions from the horizontal areas respectively, and a region coupling unit 4, which couples the extracted regions to restore the whole bar code. Even if an unreadable portion occurs in a part of the bar code, a plurality of readable regions are extracted as parts of the barcode and those regions are coupled to restore a bar code the entirety of which can be read. Consequently, it is possible to accurately read a bar code having dirt or containment of illumination light partially.

  • Patent number: 7332539
Abstract: The present invention provides a plastisol composition which combines low temperature baking property and storage stability which are comparable to those of the prior polyvinyl chloride plastisols and has a low-temperature flexibility. The plastisol composition according to the present invention comprises an acrylic plastisol consisting of a plasticizer having acrylic resin particles and a filler dispersed therein and therewith formulated a blocked urethane prepolymer wherein free isocyanate groups of a terminal isocyanate containing urethane prepolymers have been blocked or a blocked polyisocyanate compound and a latent curing agent which is particulate solid at normal temperature, has a melt point of 60° C. or higher, and is insoluble in the plasticizer at 40° C. or lower.
