  • Publication number: 20240132139
Abstract: A steering device has a rib formed on a housing. The rib includes a first rib and a second rib intersecting with the first rib. When, in the two ends of the first rib, an end close to an intersection portion is defined as one end, the first rib includes a brittle portion which has reduced strength in comparison with those of the other portions and which is provided between the intersection portion and the one end.

  • Publication number: 20240096702
Abstract: A manufacturing method of a semiconductor apparatus according to an embodiment includes forming an electrode on a first main surface of a semiconductor substrate made from a compound semiconductor; forming, at a location where the electrode is formed, a via hole that penetrates the first main surface and a second main surface of the semiconductor substrate, wherein a ratio of a thickness of the semiconductor substrate to a maximum value of a width of an opening in the second main surface is greater than 1; forming a rear-side electrode on a second main surface of the semiconductor substrate in such a manner that the rear-side electrode is electrically coupled to the electrode in the via hole; forming an insulating layer arranged at least a layer above the opening; and forming a solder layer in a layer above the rear-side electrode and the insulating layer.

  • Patent number: 10830158
Abstract: A throttle control method of controlling an opening degree of a throttle valve in a multi-cylinder engine that includes throttle valves in intake passages provided for each cylinder. It is possible to independently control the opening degree for each of the throttle valves. The throttle control method includes controlling the opening degree of the throttle valve is based on differences among intake air amounts in the respective intake passages.

  • Patent number: 9897032
Abstract: There is provided a fuel injection device. Based on a current intake air pressure and a previous intake air pressure of an engine at the predetermined crank position, an intake air pressure variation of the engine at the predetermined crank position is calculated as a measured intake air pressure variation. Based on the current rotational speed and the previous rotational speed of the engine at the predetermined crank position, and a fully-closed-state intake air pressure conversion data item, the fully-closed-state intake air pressure variation of the engine at the predetermined crank position is calculated. The measured intake air pressure variation is corrected based on the fully-closed-state intake air pressure variation. Based on the corrected measured intake air pressure variation, the current rotational speed at the predetermined crank position, and the transient fuel injection quantity conversion data item, the transient fuel injection quantity at the predetermined crank position is determined.
