The acquisition unit acquires advertisement information from an advertisement delivery apparatus. The detection unit detects a scroll state of a page displayed on the display unit. The display control unit sets an initial display position of the advertisement information to a predetermined position of the page in a case where the page is not scrolling and which sets the initial display position of the advertisement information to a predetermined display position of the display unit in a case where the page is scrolling.
