  • Patent number: 11958878
Abstract: The present invention establishes a molecular therapy for glycogen storage disease type Ia. The present invention provides an oligonucleotide of 15-30 bases comprising a nucleotide sequence complementary to die cDNA of G6PC gene with c.648G>T mutation, wherein the oligonucleotide comprises a sequence complementary to a region comprising any site between the 82nd to the 92nd nucleotide from the 5? end of exon 5 of the G6PC gene with c.648C>T mutation, a pharmacologically acceptable salt or solvate thereof. Also provided is a pharmaceutical drug comprising the oligonucleotide, a pharmacologically acceptable salt or solvate thereof (e.g., therapeutic drug for glycogen storage disease type Ia).

  • Patent number: 9246413
Abstract: An ultrasonic motor (10) includes a vibrator (50) and an application means (oscillation circuit 80). A first vibrator area (51) and a second vibrator area (52), which form a vibrator (50), include piezoelectric elements polarized in the thickness direction, and fixed portions (30a, 30b) respectively. The oscillation circuit 80 applies an AC voltage to the piezoelectric elements respectively and makes the first vibrator area (51) and the second vibrator area (52) resonate individually in the surface-spreading directions. The ultrasonic motor (10) includes a coupling portion (55) for coupling vibration end portions (23a, 23b) each other and a contact element (60) which is provided on this coupling portion (55). The vibration end portions (23a, 23b) are positions which vibrate respectively in the approaching and separating directions by the resonances of the first vibrator area (51) and the second vibrator area (52) in the surface-spreading directions with respect to the fixed portions (30a, 30b).

  • Publication number: 20130313259
Abstract: A hole cover mountable in a hole in a panel without exceeding the specified value for the insertion load, and which is capable of remaining secure after mounting. The relative movement between locking claws and a panel from the start of the hole cover insertion until mounting is complete is indicated by the movement strokes upward from a reference line R on the panel. The magnitude of the insertion load with respect to each stroke is determined by the shapes of the respective inclined surfaces. The peak load-generating stroke position (dash-dot-dot line) at the time of panel insertion is controlled by giving the inclined surfaces on the locking claws of the hole cover different shapes, thereby keeping the insertion load peak value for the hole cover product as a whole within the specified value for the insertion load.

  • Patent number: 8115350
Abstract: A specific condition for enhancing the power generation efficiency of an oscillation type electromagnetic power generator is disclosed. Solenoid coils constituting the oscillation type electromagnetic power generator are wound in directions opposite to each other with a predetermined coil gap therebetween. Adjacent magnets of a movable magnet are connected to each other via a spacer having a predetermined thickness in such a manner that poles with the same polarity are opposed to each other. A coil pitch which is the total dimension of the coil length of one solenoid coil and the coil gap and a magnet pitch which is the total dimension of the magnet length of one magnet of the movable magnet and the thickness of the spacer are almost equal to each other, and the coil length is shorter than the magnet length.
