  • Publication number: 20240100973
Abstract: A vehicle includes: a battery; an electricity supply unit configured to be capable of supplying electric power from the battery to an external load; a charge port unit including a charge inlet that a charge connector is attached to and detached from, the charge connector being used for charging the battery with an external electricity source; and a control unit configured to control operation of a movable portion that is included in the charge port unit. When an external electricity supply process of supplying electric power from the electricity supply unit to the external load is executed, the control unit controls the movable portion of the charge port unit, to physically prohibit the charge connector from being connected to the charge inlet.

  • Publication number: 20230249570
Abstract: A vehicle includes an inlet connected to a connector, a power accumulation device that accumulates power, two or more charging circuits that convert power from the inlet into direct current power having a predetermined voltage adapted for the power accumulation device, a switching system that switches between states where each of the charging circuits and the inlet are electrically connected and disconnected, a control device that controls the switching system, and a detection circuit that detects a maximum current value of charging power supplied from the outside. The control device controls the switching system such that the minimum number of charging circuits that can convert power having the maximum current value detected by the detection circuit is in a state of being electrically connected to the inlet.

  • Patent number: 11642976
Abstract: In external charging, a first threshold voltage and a second threshold voltage which is lower than the first threshold voltage are set. The ECU permits start of charging of a battery when a voltage of the battery is lower than the second threshold voltage. The ECU stops charging of the battery and notifies the user that the battery has been fully charged using an HMI when the voltage of the battery is higher than the first threshold voltage during charging of the battery. The ECU notifies the user that the battery has been fully charged using the HMI when the voltage of the battery after charging of the battery has been stopped is lower than the first threshold voltage and is higher than the second threshold voltage.

  • Publication number: 20220305948
Abstract: A display device is configured to display a screen showing, on the same graph in which an axis indicates time, a predicted transition of a first parameter relating to a remaining charge of a power storage device and a predicted transition of a second parameter relating to an amount of reward for energy management under an assumption that charge and discharge control is executed on the power storage device in response to a request for the energy management.
