  • Publication number: 20240421991
Abstract: An image sensor according to an embodiment includes a first key information storage unit that holds a first secret key SK1 in advance, a communication unit that receives a second public key PK2 corresponding to a second secret key SK2 different from the first secret key SK1 from the external apparatus, a first session key generation unit that generates a session key on the basis of the first secret key SK1 and the second public key PK2, and a first encryption unit that generates, on the basis of a session key generated by the first session key generation unit and image data, coded information including at least one of authenticated information or encrypted information.

  • Publication number: 20240318346
Abstract: Provided is a technique that ensures suppressing deterioration of plating quality of a substrate due to gas bubbles at an anode. A plating module 400 includes a plating tank 10 configured to house a plating solution, an anode 13 arranged in the plating tank 10, a substrate holder 20 configured to hold a substrate WF with a surface to be plated facing downward so as to be opposed to the anode 13, a membrane module 40 that includes a first membrane 41 partitioning an inside of the plating tank 10 into an anode chamber 11 and a cathode chamber 12 and a second membrane 42 arranged between the first membrane 41 and the anode 13, and a pipe member 31 communicating between a first region R1 below the anode 13 in the plating tank 10 and a second region R2 between the first membrane 41 and the second membrane 42.

  • Publication number: 20180060563
Abstract: Even when specific information (first information, second information) about individual sensors is inadequate to identify each of the individual sensors, whether all the sensors coupled to a semiconductor device are authentic can be determined. The semiconductor device can be electrically coupled with plural sensors and is configured as follows. Registration information is generated based on first combined information composed of plural combined pieces of first specific information respectively about plural sensors coupled to the semiconductor device when making registration. The semiconductor device generates determination target information based on second combined information composed of plural pieces of second specific information respectively about plural sensors coupled to the semiconductor device when making determination and compares the determination target information with the registration information.
