    Abstract: This invention provides a unit for an image display device in which an optical film laminate and a panel for an image display device are laminated with an adhesive layer therebetween. The optical film laminate contains a polarizer and a polarizer protection functional layer laminated to only one surface of the polarizer. The adhesive layer is laminated to the surface of the polarizer that is opposite to the surface that contacts the polarizer protection functional layer. The panel for an image display device is laminated to the surface of the adhesive layer that is opposite to the surface that contacts the polarizer. A glass transition temperature of the adhesive layer is in a range of from 50° C. to 90° C.
