    Abstract: A sound capture apparatus with first and second omnidirectional acoustic transducers mounted at a separation distance to simulate a manner by which sound waves propagate around a human head. The apparatus also includes an arrangement for amplifying the output of each transducer. The amplifying arrangement is mounted within a housing in close proximity to the transducers. The amplifying arrangement provides output signals at line level.
