    Abstract: A structural hanger is described for attaching a structural member to a concrete wall. The hanger has a portion that is embedded into the concrete wall and an exposed portion configured with one or more through-holes for attachment of a structural member to the structural hanger using carriage bolts or the like. In one embodiment the exposed portion is angled flush with a wall face for attachment of a ledger to the hanger. In another embodiment the exposed portion extends perpendicular to a wall face for attachment of a joist to the hanger.
