Abstract: A FPD navigation device includes an image acquiring portion that acquires, from a FPD (flat panel detector), a first image including an image of a target blood vessel taken at a first position, and a second image including an image of the target blood vessel taken at a second position different from the first position; a position information acquiring portion that acquires position information on the target blood vessel from the first image, the second image, position information on the first position, and position information on the second position; and a recommendation range output portion that outputs, from the position information on the target blood vessel, a FPD imaging position recommendation range representing a range of an imaging position of the FPD recommended for acquiring an image of the target blood vessel.
