    Abstract: Apparatus for gripping lengths of sheet material as exemplified by fabric for formation of a foldable blind, shade, curtain, partition or the like. Tubular members having longitudinal openings therein are provided which accept the sheet material through the grooves. Rod members also fit within the tubular members, thereby holding the sheet material between the tubular members and the rod members. Guide means are provided to guide pull cords, the guide means engaging a longitudinal groove in each tubular member.
