  • Publication number: 20230353010
Abstract: An electric motor for a motor vehicle includes a motor housing and a stator which is received in the motor housing and has a phase connection accommodated in a holding element. A housing floor of the motor housing has a feed-through opening. The phase connection and the holding element project through the feed-through opening for anti-torsion protection of the stator. A motor housing for such an electric motor is also provided.

  • Patent number: 11563357
Abstract: A connection device for connecting a cable assembly with a plurality of cables to a printed circuit board of motor electronics arranged in a motor mounting of an electric motor, having a contact adapter with a number of current rails corresponding to the cables and with an injection molded housing, in which the current rails are embedded together in an injection molded manner, wherein the current rails protruding from the injection molded housing have first connection contacts for contacting the printed circuit board and second connection contacts for contacting the cable ends of the cables, and a connection housing having a first housing part and a second housing part that surrounds the second connecting contacts contacting the cable ends and that is joined to the injection molded housing of the contact adapter.

  • Publication number: 20220231568
Abstract: A stator of an electric motor has stator teeth that carry coils of a multi-phase stator winding. A connection element has insert pockets with contact elements inserted therein each with at least one insulation displacement contact as a connection point for a wire portion of coils joined to one another. A contact apparatus is mounted on the connection element and has a contact housing with a connection socket with phase plug connectors corresponding to the number of phases. The contact apparatus has busbars which correspond to the number of phases and which each have a first and a second bar end. The first bar ends are flexibly or movably in contact with one of the phase plug connectors each and the second bar ends are each inserted or can each be inserted in a contact slot of one of the contact elements to form a terminal connection.
