The front housing has an edge protrusion extending from a front housing body along the outer profile. The edge protrusion bounds an inner light chamber. A rear housing is separately provided having a size and outer profile substantially corresponding to the shape of the front housing. The rear housing is opaque or impervious to light, and has a substantially planar rear panel and a rear panel protrusion extending from the rear panel adjacent to and spaced apart from an outer edge of the rear housing. The rear panel protrusion and the rear panel further bound the inner light chamber. At least a portion of the edge protrusion surrounds the rear panel protrusion.

    Abstract: A method is provided for assembling an LED lighting device. The method includes providing a polyurethane compound and mixing a diffuser compound with the polyurethane compound to form a combined compound. The method then includes injecting the combined compound into a cartridge, applying a vacuum to the cartridge, and sealing the cartridge at a first pressure lower than ambient pressure. The method then includes providing an LED lighting assembly having a front panel and a frame, the frame extending past the front panel to form an enclosed tray in a shape of the front panel. The combined compound is then dispensed from the cartridge into the enclosed tray.

Based on a known future production schedule of a steel mill, implementations provide a forecast of electrical energy usage per hour over the same time horizon as the production schedule. Based on the forecast and electricity selling and billing rules, a recommended amount of energy to be sold to the market by the hour is presented with the corresponding offer price.
