  • Publication number: 20240291844
Abstract: A data pipeline architecture provides for efficient and scalable data collection within a 5G, 6G or other radio access network (RAN)-based wireless network. The data pipeline includes a data collection engine that receives streaming data in real time, as well as query-based data. The data collection engine collects the data, amalgamates the streaming and the query-based data into a common format, and provides the amalgamated data for delivery to a data reporting engine. The data reporting engine provides dashboards, reports, alerts or other information about the collected data. The data reporting engine may also interface with a database system for longer-term storage of collected data, report generation and/or the like.

  • Publication number: 20240290024
Abstract: Disclosed embodiments provide techniques for dynamic synthetic video chat agent replacement. A human host receives a request for a video chat initiated by a user. An image for a synthetic host including a representation of an individual is retrieved. The image of the synthetic host is selected based on information about the user. Aspects of the individual included in the image are extracted using one or more processors. A video performance by the human host responding to the statement or query by the user is captured. A synthetic host performance is created in which the video performance of the human host is dynamically replaced by the individual that was extracted so that the synthetic host performance responds to the user statement or query. The synthetic host performance is rendered to the user and supplemented with additional synthetic host performances as the video chat continues.

  • Publication number: 20240290331
Abstract: A system for providing a personalized assistant within a network-based communication session includes a processor and a memory storage device storing instructions. The system determines when a first communication session participant joins the network-based communication session after a threshold duration of time subsequent to the start time of the session. Upon determining the first participant has joined, the system obtains content associated with the session and creates request data for a pre-trained generative language model. The request data includes an instruction requesting a predetermined number of suggested utterances not present in the content, each utterance relating to one or more topics corresponding to the content. The system transforms the request data to a command based on a command template and provides the command to the generative language model.
