    Abstract: Embodiments of the invention are directed to systems, methods, and computer program products for distributing assets upon the occurrence of a triggering event. Embodiments of the invention may be configured to identify a main account of a benefactor containing assets that the benefactor desires to distribute upon the occurrence of a triggering event; receive, information that identifies one or more individuals; create a subaccount that is associated with the main account that names the benefactor and at least one of the one or individuals as managers of the account; receive designations for transferring a portion of the assets from the main account into the subaccount based on the occurrence of the triggering event; identify the occurrence of the triggering event; and transfer the portion of the assets from the main account into the subaccount based on identifying the occurrence of the triggering event.

Embodiments of the invention may be configured to store an electronic asset profile for the one or more assets comprising beneficiary information; store one or more limitations received from a benefactor comprising rules for communicating to a beneficiary regarding details associated with the one or more assets; create a beneficiary profile for the user; receive from the user a request to retrieve the details associated with the one or more assets from the beneficiary profile; and allow the user to view the beneficiary profile, whereby the user only sees information regarding the one or more assets as instructed by the benefactor.

    Abstract: The present disclosure describes restructuring accounts and assets of a user based on analysis of the intentions of the user and/or beneficiaries to the accounts of the user. Embodiments herein disclosed describe systems, methods, and computer program products for receiving information about a user, accounts associated with the user, and beneficiaries associated with the accounts. Some embodiments include receiving intentions of the user and/or the beneficiaries, including goals and investment strategies for how the user and the beneficiary wish to manage the funds in the user's accounts. Some embodiments include determining at least one asset structure model based on the accounts of the user, the user information, the beneficiary information, and the intentions of the user and/or the beneficiaries. In some embodiments, the user may select an asset structure model, which will then be applied to the accounts of the user.
