  • Publication number: 20230114247
Abstract: An internal combustion engine for use with hydrogen fuel includes at least one cylinder assembly including a combustion chamber, a cylinder, a cylinder head, and a reciprocating piston assembly. Two inlet ports within the cylinder head are selectively closable by a corresponding inlet valve, and at least one outlet port in the head is selectively closable by a corresponding outlet valve. At least one spark plug is mounted to the cylinder head, and the cylinder head comprises a first face and a second face inclined relative to one another and meeting at an apex. The two inlet ports are located within the first face and outlet port is located within the second face. Each inlet port is configured to generate a tumbling motion of the fuel air mixture prior to ignition. The cylinder head is secured by six fasteners, such as six bolts to an engine block defining the cylinder.

  • Publication number: 20230100541
Abstract: An internal combustion engine for use with hydrogen fuel includes a cylinder assembly having a combustion chamber with a cylinder, a cylinder head, and a piston. Two inlet ports are disposed within the cylinder head, the inlet ports being closable by an inlet valve, and an outlet port within the cylinder head being selectively closable by an outlet valve. At least one spark plug is mounted to the cylinder head, and piston assembly having the piston and a crankshaft. A line passes through a center of one of the inlet ports and a center of a corresponding outlet port, with the line arranged at a non-zero angle to an axis of rotation of the crankshaft and with the line at a non-right angle to the axis of rotation. The cylinder head is secured by six fasteners, such as six bolts to an engine block defining the cylinder.

  • Patent number: 7447989
Abstract: A method and system for creating timed reminders linked to computer-readable documents. The present invention permits a user to create a reminder for any date and time, and associate any data file with the reminder in such a manner that the file is automatically opened, executed, or read as applicable at the date and time specified in the reminder. A document-linked reminder may be created from any application program within an application suite through the use of a reminder creation dialog. The reminder creation dialog permits a user to specify a time and date on which the reminder will activate, and an associated file. The reminder is then stored in a database. The reminder creation dialog may be later accessed in order to create additional reminders, or to edit the time, date, or associated file for existing reminders. Periodically, the document reminder system will poll the database in order to determine whether any reminders need to be activated.
