  • Patent number: 11102161
Abstract: An example implementation for social networking service content sharing provides a computer-implemented method that includes analyzing content to be shared on a social networking service, the content being directed to a plurality of potential recipients. The method further includes analyzing the plurality of potential recipients to calculate a plurality of probability scores for each of the plurality of potential recipients. The method further includes calculating a recipient score for each of the plurality of potential recipients based at least in part on the plurality of probability scores for each of the plurality of potential recipients. The method further includes generating a metadata table for the plurality of potential recipients based at least in part on the recipient score for each of the plurality of potential recipients and designating a subset of the plurality of potential recipients to receive the content based at least in part on the metadata table.

  • Patent number: 10386933
Abstract: Methods, systems and computer program products controlling navigation of a visual aid during a presentation are provided. Aspects include obtaining a presenter profile that includes associations between gestures of a presenter and desired actions for the visual aid and receiving indications of one or more movements of a presenter during the presentation. Aspects also include determining whether the one or more movements correlate to a gesture included in the presenter profile and based on a determination that the one or more movements correlate to the gesture included in the presenter profile, executing in the visual aid a desired action associated with the gesture.

  • Publication number: 20180060028
Abstract: Methods, systems and computer program products controlling navigation of a visual aid during a presentation are provided. Aspects include analyzing a content of each of a plurality of slides of the visual aid and monitoring a speech of an individual during the presentation. Aspects also include determining a correlation between the speech of the individual and the content of each of a plurality of slides and displaying one of the plurality of slides that has a highest correlation.

  • Publication number: 20170171117
Abstract: An automatic message suggestion generation computer system, computer-implemented method and computer program product. In a system implementing a messaging service, messages received by a mobile device under an active message session are dynamically forwarded to a messaging engine for processing and storage in computer memory of information associated with the active message sessions. Upon the receipt of information associated with a message, a determination is made as to a correlation between the currently received information and stored information associated with a prior message. If a correlation is determined, at least one suggested message is generated based on correlated information. Example message services include SMS, MMS, IMS and EIM. Suggested messages can be supplemented by available historical information such as might be contained in social networking services, calendaring and e-mail services and contextual information such as location, time of day, motion, and direction of travel.

  • Publication number: 20170161278
Abstract: An approach is disclosed to provide a degrees of separation network builder. In the approach, an action is taken by a first mobile device user that communicates with a second mobile device of second user. The two devices are proximate to each other. Affinity data pertaining to the first user is accessible from the first mobile device, and affinity data of the second user is received at the first device. An affinity score is computed based on comparing the first user's affinity data with the second user's affinity data. The affinity score reflects an estimated affinity of the first user and second user. This affinity score is displayed on the first device for viewing to the first user.
