Abstract: A knife handle comprising a handle body with a proximal end and a distal end, a sharpener body removably attached to the handle body, the sharpener body comprising at least one cut-away for housing a replaceable sharpener, the sharpener body rotatable relative to the handle body, and a selectively actuatable locking mechanism for locking the sharpener body in place on the handle body. The selectively actuatable locking mechanism may have a first, locked position wherein the sharpener body cannot rotate relative to the handle body and a second, open position wherein the sharpener body can rotate relative to the handle body. The selectively actuatable locking mechanism may be biased in the first, locked position.

Abstract: A system and method to gather and analyze transaction records and demographics associated with a plurality of consultants is presented herein. A consultant is a user that creates a profile and provides access to one or more accounts at one or more financial institutions and/or demographic data. Transaction records collected from the one or more accounts are stripped of personally identifying data, analyzed, associated with a consultant's profile, and persistently stored. Demographic data may be collected from a consultant and/or derived from the consultant's transaction records, associated with the consultant's profile, and persistently stored. Surveys are targeted at consultants based, at least in part, on the transaction records and/or demographic data associated with each consultant's profile. Furthermore, database queries are fulfilled based on the transaction records and demographic data associated with one or more consultant profiles stored in the database.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method and system for improving an effectiveness and efficiency of a group having two or more individuals by (a) receiving data for each individual in the group relating to the effectiveness and efficiency of the group, (b) analyzing the received data, (c) providing an assessment of each individual and the group based on the analyzed data, and (d) repeating steps (a), (b) and (c) after a specified time period. The assessment includes three or more assessment outputs selected from a group comprising a FEMA overview, a Belbin team map, a learning cycle scorecard, a participation timeline, an equality index, a power gap and a decision stream analysis. The method can be implemented using a computer readable medium encoded with a computer program wherein the steps are performed by one or more code segments.

Abstract: Provided is a system and method for enabling secure access to a desired end-point server program of at least one end-point server program. The system includes a server having a security server program and the end-point server programs, and a client. During operation, the server establishes a first connection with the client via a known port, causes an end-point program applet and web page associated with the desired end-point server program to be forwarded to the client. While executing the security server program, the server: verifies client access rights via a first encryption means, generates, encrypts and transmits to the client a random port number and a session key, and detects establishment of a second connection between the client and a random port of the server. The second connection enables secure access by the client to the desired end-point server program using a second encryption means and the session key.
