  • Patent number: 11944130
Abstract: A vaporizer device includes various modular components. The vaporizer device includes a first subassembly. The first subassembly includes a cartridge connector that secures a vaporizer cartridge to the vaporizer device and includes at least two receptacle contacts that electrically communicate with the vaporizer cartridge. The vaporizer device includes a second subassembly. The second subassembly includes a skeleton defining a rigid tray that retains at least a power source. The vaporizer device also includes a third subassembly. The third subassembly includes a plurality of charging contacts that supply power to the power source, and an end cap that encloses an end of the vaporizer device.

  • Publication number: 20240084051
Abstract: Disclosed are support-activators and catalyst compositions comprising the support-activators for polymerizing olefins in which the support-activator includes clay heteroadduct, prepare from a colloidal phyllosilicate such as a colloidal smectite clay, which is chemically-modified with a heterocoagulation agent. By limiting the amount of heterocoagulation reagent relative to the colloidal smectite clay as described herein, the smectite heteroadduct support-activator is a porous and amorphous solid which can be readily isolated from the resulting slurry by a conventional filtration process, and which can activate metallocenes and related catalysts toward olefin polymerization. Related compositions and processes are disclosed.

  • Publication number: 20240045919
Abstract: A system for adding an external function to a webpage includes: one or more processors; and memory communicably connected to the one or more processors and storing instructions that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to: receive code associated with the webpage from a remote server; identify a plurality of images in the code; filter the plurality of images to identify a first type of image different from other images of the plurality of images; and append the external function to the first type of image to display a modified webpage including the external function on a display device of a first user.

  • Patent number: 11293018
Abstract: Chromatin looping is key to gene regulation, yet no broadly applicable methods to selectively modify chromatin loops have been described. Disclosed herein is an engineered method for chromatin loop reorganization using CRISPR-dCas9 (CLOuD9) to selectively and reversibly establish chromatin loops. Disclosed herein is the power of this technology to selectively modulate gene expression at targeted loci.

  • Patent number: 7388937
Abstract: Systems and methods for analyzing the jitter content of an oversampled digital communication signal are disclosed. Advantageously, the communication signal can correspond to an arbitrary data sequence, rather than only to a repeating test sequence. For example, the systems and methods can be embodied in test equipment and in simulation equipment as design tools and/or validation tools. The systems and methods disclosed advantageously facilitate the decomposition and quantification of the main jitter components (random and deterministic), as well as its various subcomponents (periodic jitter, data-dependent jitter, inter-symbol interference, device-state-dependent jitter, other bounded uncorrelated jitter, and data-dependent-random jitter).
