Abstract: This invention relates to a hook-shaped hanger adapted to be attached by a pair of spaced prongs to a vertical panel wall and adapted to support an envelope of plastic film that hangs form that hook-shaped hanger to serve as a temporary file repository for a user. The hook-shaped hanger includes a ridge across the outside surface of the hook that retains the envelope on the hook when a file or the like is being removed from the envelope. The envelope may be a single file envelope supported by a single hanger or a multifile expandable envelope supported by two spaced hangers.

Abstract: A system for navigating an online information system is disclosed. Subscribers provide topic and action preferences to traverse to a customized content area in which related tasks may be completed. Customized content areas are reached after subscribers make three or fewer selections. Paths to customized content areas are similar for all combinations of topics and actions so subscribers learn quickly how to navigate to any area of the information service.

Abstract: A shroud for a rotor assembly disposed within a case is provided. The shroud includes suspension apparatus, a control ring, and a blade outer air seal. The suspension apparatus is disposed between the control ring and the case. The control ring includes a body and a first attachment mechanism. The blade outer air seal includes a second attachment mechanism. The first and second attachment mechanisms cooperate to secure the blade outer air seal to the control ring.
