A hinge latch along one side of one section interlocks with a mating hinge latch along one side of the other section to hingedly secure the sections together. A single elongated locking latch is provided on one of the sections, opposite the side where the hinge latch is provided, adapted to lock into a groove on the underside of the other of the sections opposite the side where the other hinge latch is provided.
