  • Publication number: 20210282272
Abstract: A ball grid array device includes a monitoring circuit of inactive solder joints and a processor such as a field programmable gate array (FPGA) or other processor capable of determining the open or closed status of the monitoring circuit. The monitoring circuit traverses one or more of the solder joints between components being joined, such as a printed circuit board and an integrated circuit device. In certain embodiments, the inactive solder joints may be located within regions of the ball grid array that are predisposed to failure, such as at the periphery or corners of the printed circuit board, or proximate to regions that experience a broad range of operating temperatures. The failure of a solder joint within the monitoring circuit can be used to schedule maintenance of the ball grid array device prior to failure of an active solder joint.

  • Patent number: 10346159
Abstract: Systems, methods, and non-transitory machine readable medium are provided for creating a structured report that aggregates information related to a plurality of source code files based on selective scanning of one or more repositories. A repository search request is received including a repository identifier, a project identifier, and a search term. The specified repository is scanned to identify source code files for the specified project that include the search term. It is determined whether an instance of a search term within the source code file corresponds to a reserved term. A report is generated identifying the source code files that include an instance of the search term. A new file directory is created, and populated with a first results file including the generated report.

  • Patent number: 5876085
Abstract: A vehicle seat having a base that is carried by a floor on a seat adjuster that comprises two pairs of seat slide rails that permit the seat to be moved relative to the floor with at least one of the rails being of non-metallic, preferably plastic, construction. The non-metallic rails have an upper rail portion spaced from a lower rail portion defining a channel therebetween for receiving a flange of the other seat slide, preferably without requiring ball, roller or needle bearings. Preferably, the base and plastic rails are of one piece unitary construction for producing a low profile adjuster. Each of the other rails is preferably constructed of a metal, has a bottom wall anchored to the floor, and a pair of sidewalls with one of the sidewalls carrying the flange and the other of the sidewalls being notched. A latch is pivotally connected to the base enabling a grip of the latch to be lifted to free a latch tooth from a slide rail notch enabling the seat to be moved.

  • Patent number: 5794911
Abstract: A suspension for a vehicle seat having a scissors arm linkage with a load carrying flexible member secured to a spring and in operable contact with a cam-shaped pulley carried by the linkage for producing a suspension of compact structure, which enables seat height to be adjusted independently of weight adjustment, and which produces a suspension having desirable load-deflection characteristics. The suspension has a platform for carrying the seat which overlies the linkage and a base underlying the linkage that supports the suspension and permits mounting to the floor of a vehicle. Weight adjustment of the suspension is accomplished by selectively tensioning the springs without changing the distance between the platform and base. Height adjustment of the seat is accomplished by moving the spring and flexible member in unison to controllably collapse or expand the linkage thereby selectively changing the distance between the platform and base.

  • Patent number: 5194802
Abstract: A current regulator providing a highly accurate bidirectional output current, proportional to a control voltage (V.sub.i) and suited to monolithic integration is disclosed. The regulator uses a clocked integrator which integrates an error charge, arrived at by taking a precisely ratioed sample charge proportional to a voltage drop (V.sub.F), free of its common mode voltage, which is in turn proportional to the load current, and one proportional to the control voltage (V.sub.i), and combining them subtractively to form the error charge. The arrangement uses two small charge ratioing capacitors charged respectively to V.sub.F and V.sub.i, and a slightly larger integrating capacitor. The clocking is at a 10 KHZ rate. High impedance circuitry is utilized so that highly accurate, integrated capacitors of modest size and high relative accuracy may be used. These establish a regulator transfer function of high accuracy.
