Abstract: A method for controlling an artificial intelligence (AI) device for implementing a digital avatar can include receiving an audio signal corresponding to a user query, converting, by a speech-to-text neural network model, the audio signal into a text query, inputting the text query into a large language gesture instruction model to generate high level movement instructions, inputting the text query and the high level movement instructions into an information retrieval model to generate a text response including at least one sentence and digital avatar control information, and inputting the text response into a text-to-speech neural network model to generate an audio response.

Abstract: According to at least one embodiment, an artificial intelligence apparatus includes at least one audio sensor configured to capture audio data in an environment, and at least one processor. The at least one processor is configured to: detect an utterance in the audio data; determine an inability to comprehend the utterance based on information being missing in the utterance; and acquire the missing information. The at least processor is further configured to acquire the missing information by at least: acquiring the missing information from at least one smart device of a plurality of smart devices located in the environment; or acquiring the missing information from a knowledge base of the artificial intelligence apparatus. The at least one processor is further configured to complete comprehension of the utterance based on the acquired missing information.

Abstract: The present invention relates to new compounds comprising a siderophore moiety as well as a core structure able to chelate a metal ion. Optionally, the compounds may have additionally a moiety with a functional element including a marker molecule, a bioactive agent, an activity based probe suitable to monitor the aberrant expression or activity of proteins involved in the initiation and progression of bacterial infection, or a compound useful for bacterial inhibition. In a further aspect, the present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition containing said compound, for example, said pharmaceutical composition is an antibiotic. Additionally, the present invention relates to the use of said compounds in diagnostic methods, in particular, imaging methods including SPEC, PET or MRI. In an embodiment of the present invention, the compound is part of a theranostic composition having both, therapeutic as well as diagnostic activities.
