    Abstract: Scaled content licensing platform and marketplace systems, methods, and media are provided. In some embodiments, a method for providing scaled content licensing is provided, where the method includes: receiving a request from a content creator to upload a media content item to a content sharing service; determining that the media content item incorporates a media asset that is owned at least partially by a partner, wherein the media asset is associated with a claim in which at least one license is available; determining whether a license usage is associated with the media content item that corresponds with the media asset; generating a claim bundle that contains the claim associated with the partner and the license usage associated with the content creator; determining a policy based on the generated claim bundle; and performing an action on the media content item based on the determined policy.

    Abstract: A system and method for clearing granular rights is disclosed. The system comprises communication module, a territorial requirements engine, an existing license module and a determination module. The communication module for receives, from a service provider, a description of a service to be provided for an asset in a territory. The territorial requirements engine determines a territorial requirement for providing the service in the territory based at least in part on a territorial rule for the territory. The existing license module determines a missing right based at least in part on the territorial requirement. The determination module determines a preferred licensor for purchasing a license for the missing right in the territory.
