    Abstract: An accessory for oscillating power tools includes an attachment portion and a working portion extending along an axis and including a rear end portion, a front end portion with a cutting edge, a first lateral non-cutting edge, and a second lateral non-cutting edge. The cutting edge includes a first subset of teeth including at least one first tooth extending from the first lateral edge toward the axis, a second subset of teeth including at least one second tooth extending from the second lateral edge toward the tool axis, and a third subset of teeth including at least one third tooth disposed between the first subset of teeth and the second subset of teeth and intersecting the axis. Each first tooth and each second tooth has a first configuration and each third tooth has a second configuration that is different from the first configuration.

The working portion includes a cutting edge arranged asymmetrically relative to the tool axis with a leading tooth disposed at one end of the cutting edge at a first distance from the rear end, a trailing tooth disposed on an opposite end of the cutting edge at a second distance from the rear end that is less than the first distance, and a plurality of intermediate teeth between leading tooth and the trailing tooth, each disposed less than or equal to the first distance and greater than or equal to the second distance from the rear end, the cutting edge slanted at an acute angle to a line perpendicular to the tool axis.

    Abstract: An accessory includes an attachment portion with a central opening configured to be coupled to an oscillating power tool and defining a first axis generally parallel to a power tool axis. An intermediate portion with a first side edge and a second side edge has a proximal end portion coupled to the attachment portion and extends away from the attachment portion to a distal end portion. A working portion is coupled to and extends away from a distal end portion at an angle to the intermediate portion and at an angle to the first axis. The working end portion has a non-cutting third side edge continuous with the first side edge and a cutting fourth side edge continuous with the second side edge. The intermediate portion wraps at least partially around an obstruction located along the first axis so the working portion can cut a workpiece located behind the obstruction.

    Abstract: A robotic spray coating assembly is used in a method for spraying a coating. The assembly may include a robotic arm having a remote end region and a coating head mounted on the remote end region. The coating head emits a coating material within a defined coating delivery region via at least one first orifice located in the coating delivery region, the at least one first orifice connected to a coating supply. One or more second orifices are positioned in a pattern beyond the periphery of the coating delivery region, and a fluid supply is connected to the one or more second orifices. Fluid emitted from the one or more second orifices forms a fluid curtain that at least partially encircles the coating delivery region, thereby minimizing overspray emerging therefrom. The present invention also discloses a vehicle spray painting system and a method of spray painting a vehicle.
