In an exemplary embodiment, a three-dimensional (3D) neural network includes a plurality of input conductors forming a plurality of stacked input layers having a first orientation, and at least one output conductor forming an output layer having the first orientation. The three-dimensional (3D) neural network also includes a plurality of hidden conductors having a second orientation. Each hidden conductor includes an in-line threshold element. The three-dimensional (3D) neural network also includes synapse elements coupled between the hidden conductors and the input conductors and between the hidden conductors and the output conductor. Each synapse element includes a programmable resistive element.

Abstract: Configurable three-dimensional neural network array. In an exemplary embodiment, a three-dimensional (3D) neural network array includes a plurality of stacked synapse layers having a first orientation, and a plurality of synapse lines having a second orientation and passing through the synapse layers. The neural network array also includes synapse elements connected between the synapse layers and synapse lines. Each synapse element includes a programmable resistive element. The neural network array also includes a plurality of output neurons, and a plurality of select transistors connected between the synapse lines and the output neurons. The gate terminals of the select transistors receive input signals.

Abstract: A ground insert lamp includes a lighting device, a base, a connector, and a locking unit. The lighting device has a bottom provided with a screw hole. The base has a center provided with a mounting hole. The connector includes a restriction portion and a threaded rod mounted on the restriction portion. The lighting device and the connector are arranged at two sides of the base respectively. The threaded rod of the connector extends through the mounting hole of the base and is screwed into the screw hole of the lighting device. The locking unit is mounted on the base, and attaches the base to an installation position.

Abstract: A lamp includes a housing, a lighting device, a plurality of hanging members, a shaft, a plurality of returning members, a plurality of springs, and a power supply. The shaft extends through the housing and the hanging members, such that the hanging members are pivoted connected with the housing. In practice, when the hanging members are pivoted outward from the housing, the returning members are pushed by rotation of the hanging members, and the springs are compressed and contracted by the returning members. At this time, articles are hung on the hanging members, to support the hanging members, thereby preventing the hanging members from being moved back. After the articles are removed from the hanging members, the hanging members are driven and pivoted toward the housing by the returning members and the springs.

Abstract: An umbrella acoustics lamp includes a housing, an acoustics device mounted in the housing, and a lighting device mounted in the housing. The housing has a receiving space. The acoustics device is mounted in the receiving space and includes a battery, a circuit board, a speaker, and a speaker rack. The speaker rack is secured in the receiving space. The speaker is mounted on the speaker rack. The lighting device is mounted in the receiving space and includes a base, a light source, a reflector, a light output board, and a washer. The base is secured to and located under the speaker rack. The base is provided with a receiving chamber. The light output board, the washer, and the reflector are in turn received in the receiving chamber. The light source is located above the base.

Abstract: A quantum bit array is disclosed. In an embodiment, the quantum bit array includes a control gate coupled to a qubit and at least one pass gate coupled between the qubit and an adjacent qubit to control operation of the qubit of the quantum bit array, a bit line, and a first transistor channel that connects the bit line to the control gate. The array further comprises at least one word line coupled to the first transistor channel. The at least one word line selectively controls charge flow through the first transistor channel. The array further comprises a capacitor coupled to selectively store charge in the first transistor channel.

Abstract: Determining a physical state of a person includes detecting positions of different portions of the person, transforming detected positions into a point cloud having a density that varies according to movement of each of the portions, correlating movement and position data from the point cloud with known physical state positions and transitions between different states, choosing a particular physical state by matching the data from the point cloud with the particular physical state, and obtaining vital signs of the person during an optimal period of time for automatic capturing of vital signs by detecting when the person is in a particular state. The particular state may be a static state. The static state may be standing, sitting, or laying down. The vital signs may include measuring a breathing rate and measuring a heartbeat rate. Vital signs may be obtained by detecting pulsations in the point cloud representing breathing and heartbeats.

Abstract: A lamp holder assembly includes a support post, and a plurality of fixtures mounted on the support post. The support post includes a main body and a securing portion. The main body has a plurality of entrance slots. Each of the entrance slots has two limit grooves. Each of the fixtures includes a mounting head and a locking member. The locking member is inserted into each of the entrance slots and is introduced from each of the entrance slots into the two limit grooves of each of the entrance slots by rotation of each of the fixtures, and is locked in the two limit grooves of each of the entrance slots. The locking member is provided with two pressing pieces. When each of the fixtures is rotated, the pressing pieces are locked into the limit grooves of each of the entrance slots.
