    Abstract: This disclosure provides methods and pharmaceutical compositions for reducing or eliminating cardiotoxicity, particularly cardiotoxicity induced by a cancer treatment or other therapy. In some cases, the methods and compositions prevent or reduce cardiotoxicity caused by anthracycline treatment. The methods provided herein often comprise administering a protective agent such as myricetin, tricetin, robinetin, ficetin, vitexin, quercetin, dihydrorobinetin, kaempferol, 7,3?,4?,5?-tetrahydroxyflavone, and myricitrin in conjunction with the administration of a cancer drug or other treatment. They may comprise administering a protective agent in combination with dexrazoxane. The compositions provided herein include co-formulations of a protective agent with a different protective agent or with a cancer treatment (e.g., anthracycline drug).

    Abstract: Systems and techniques are provided for charging devices at a property using battery-charging drones. In some implementations, a monitoring system is configured to monitor a property and includes a battery-powered sensor configured to generate sensor data. The system includes a drone that is configured to navigate the property and charge the battery-powered sensor. A monitor control unit is configured to obtain a battery level from the battery-powered sensor and compare the battery level to a battery level threshold. Based on the comparison, the monitor control unit determines that the battery level does not satisfy the threshold. Based on the determination, the monitor control unit generates and transmits an instruction to a drone for the drone to navigate to the battery-powered sensor and charge a battery of the battery-powered sensor. The monitor control unit receives data from the drone that indicates whether the drone charged the battery of the sensor.

    Abstract: A secondary mirror mounting structure of vehicle rearview mirror mainly comprises a mirror frame of a secondary mirror pivotally connected to a connection arm. Another end of the connection arm is upwardly extended to have an extension end toward the mirror frame. The extension end is fixedly connected with a platform. The platform and the connection arm are vertically arranged. The platform is protruded with a block edge corresponding to a mirror surface end of the secondary mirror. A protrusion direction of the block edge is vertical the platform, and extended to be back on a direction of the connection arm. A double-sided tape or glue is pasted on the platform. Afterward the platform is attached to an external edge of a mirror frame of a rearview mirror, and the block edge is regulated to buckle a front edge of the mirror frame in front of the rearview mirror. A force is applied to allow the double-sided tape or glue to be fastened with the external edge of the mirror frame.

    Abstract: A wide-angle auxiliary mirror includes a lining plate embedded into a concave curved surface of the wide-angle auxiliary mirror and having an outer diameter smaller than that of the wide-angle auxiliary mirror, a convex curved surface protruded from an end of the lining plate and facing the concave curved surface, and the opposite end of the convex curved surface has a plane. The convex curved surface is fixed to the concave curved surface, and a double-sided adhesive is set on the plane for fixing a rearview mirror. Therefore, the convex curved surface and the concave curved surface as well as the plane and the rearview mirror are fixed with each other in a whole-surface-fitting manner, so that the wide-angle auxiliary mirror is fixed onto the rearview mirror securely and integrally.

    Abstract: A low-cost and easy-to-fabricate mixed e? and CO32? conducting membrane for advanced high-flux and selective electrochemical CO2 separation from flue gas is provided. The membrane includes a CO32?-conducting molten carbonate phase and an e?-conducting lithiated Ni-oxide interphase that can be formed in situ during operation. The membrane exhibits a CO2 flux density greater than 0.8 mL/(minute·cm2) at 850° C. with a selectivity ranging from about 100 to about 500 and excellent stability for up to about 450 hours. Further, the self-formed interphase Li0.4Ni1.6O2 is highly electron conducting and can provide electrons to the co-reduction of CO2 and O2 into CO32?. Such a membrane is an alternative to the conventional “size-sieving” inorganic and “dissolution-diffusion” organic counterparts for CO2 capture from flue gas.
