  • Patent number: 9870337
Abstract: A method comprises identifying resource needs of a plurality of peripherals and resource requirements of a plurality microcontrollers. The method includes comparing the resource needs of the plurality of peripherals with the resource requirements of the plurality of microcontrollers to identify generic resources common to the plurality of microcontrollers, wherein a first microcontroller and a second microcontroller of the plurality of microcontrollers provide the generic resources to processor pin locations according to differing architectures. The method includes assigning each resource of the generic resources to a fixed motherboard location, the assigning including assigning the fixed location to an interface pin.

  • Patent number: 8797603
Abstract: A method of managing construction documents used on different on construction project sites includes storing digital copies of current and historical versions of the construction documents in a central document management server. A unique document version identifier and regulatory jurisdiction identifier is stored. When a paper document is printed, a matrix barcode is generated, encoded with the document version identifier, and printed on the paper document. The barcode is scanned at the project site. The central document server compares the document version identifier and regulatory jurisdiction identifier decoded from the matrix barcode to the identifiers stored in the central document server. The central document server then automatically communicates the result of the comparisons to a user of the printed document.
