The vehicle telephone device includes a housing and a telephone module within the housing and configured to use the mobile phone, the microphone, and the vehicle audio system to provide an in-vehicle telephone feature. The vehicle telephone device further includes an active noise cancellation module within the housing and is configured to use the vehicle audio system to cancel noise in the vehicle.
