    Abstract: Pest control compositions and related methods of use are disclosed having at least one active agent including cypermethrin, prallethrin, and mixtures thereof. The compositions may further include one or more of a solvent, a carrier, a corrosion inhibitor, and a surfactant. In some embodiments the pest control composition is non-foaming. In some embodiments, the pest control composition has an active agent, a petroleum distillate, at least one of ethyl alcohol, isopropyl alcohol, and acetone, a surfactant, and a corrosion inhibitor.

Preferred embodiments utilize a tool system to remove tissue from the intervertebral space, a system for delivery of inflatable membranes or balloons into the intervertebral space and a fluid management system to provide for controlled delivery of fluids into the balloons. A visualization system can also be used to observe tissue removal and balloon placement.
