  • Patent number: 10521397
Abstract: A method for monitoring content from a plurality of data sources includes performing an initial search for the content by receiving a keyword to be used in searching for the content from the data sources, searching the plurality of data source for the content associated with the keywords, preventing an action to be performed on the one or more relevant content identified to be associated with the keyword, and notifying one or more users regarding the relevant content that is be associated with the keywords. After performing the initial search for the content, the method may continuously monitor the plurality of data sources to determine if the data sources generate new content that is associated with the keywords and preventing an action to be performed on the new content determined to be associated with the keyword.

  • Publication number: 20190205935
Abstract: Methods for delivering targeted advertising content to an audience of one or more digital signages are disclosed. One example method includes receiving a network access request from a user of a client device located in a vicinity of the one or more digital signages; requesting permission from the user of the client device to retrieve data from the client device; upon receiving the permission from the user, retrieving the data from the client device; transmitting the data retrieved from the client device to an advertising server for determining one or more advertising content based on the data retrieved from the client device; receiving the one or more advertising content from the advertising server; and displaying the one or more advertising content on the one or more digital signages.

  • Patent number: 9760722
Abstract: A method of addressing an unauthorized disclosure of sensitive information at an imaging device, including receiving an indication of the unauthorized disclosure of sensitive information; receiving or generating preliminary information about the unauthorized disclosure; and transmitting the indication and the preliminary information to a remote location to initiate an investigation on the unauthorized disclosure. After receiving the indication, the method includes entering a reduced function mode by the imaging device; receiving a clearance key when in the reduced function mode; and after receiving the clearance key, exiting the reduced function mode and entering a normal mode of operation.

  • Publication number: 20150186081
Abstract: Systems and methods for monitoring and managing documents printed by an imaging device. The imaging device has a print engine and a controller coupled to the print engine. The controller is configured to control printing of the sheets of media by the print engine, generating an electronic copy of the sheets of media, generating or collecting metadata associated therewith and sending the electronic copy and the metadata to a destination around a time the sheets of media are printed.

  • Publication number: 20150186760
Abstract: Systems and methods for monitoring and managing documents printed by an imaging device. The system includes a scanner for scanning at least a portion of each of one or more sheets of media, and a document destruction device located downstream of the scanner relative to a media feed direction, the document destruction device for destroying the one or more sheets of media after being scanned. A processor, coupled to the scanner and the document destruction device, identifies a document identifier from the each of the one or more sheets of media scanned and sends to a storage device each document identifier identified and an indication that the one or more sheets of media has been destroyed.
