  • Patent number: 11966548
Abstract: A touch sensor device (TSD) includes TSD electrodes associated with a surface of the TSD. Also, an overlay that includes marker electrode(s) is also associated with at least a portion of the surface of the TSD. The TSD also includes drive-sense circuits (DSCs) operably coupled to the plurality of TSD electrodes. A DSC is configured to provide a TSD electrode signal to a TSD electrode and simultaneously to sense a change of the TSD electrode signal based on a change of impedance of the TSD electrode caused by capacitive coupling between the TSD electrode and the marker electrode(s) of the overlay. Processing module(s) is configured to process a digital signal generated by the DSC to determine characteristic(s) of the overlay that is associated with the at least a portion of the surface of the TSD.

  • Patent number: 11911640
Abstract: A system and method that is both effective and accessible. The system is machine-learning enabled, reliable, scalable, versatile, and may be efficiently installed. The system will improve US, state, and local fire suppression efforts because more homeowners will successfully evacuate if they have access to protection. Also, it may allow more fire crews to focus their efforts on the flame front, rather than suppressing structural spot fires in areas where the systems are installed. The system significantly reduces insurance and governmental suppression costs which would provide significant incentives to homeowners. The system minimizes fire related damage to the home, may operate independently from local utilities, may remain in service with minimal attention from the homeowner, and minimize the impact of system discharge on the environment. The system does this by precisely targeting firebrands and discharging only the amount of aqueous solution needed to extinguish the firebrand.

  • Publication number: 20240058166
Abstract: A process and related assemblies for delivering slush through a tube towards a patient. Obtaining an elongated container partially filled with slush with a port end that has a first port and a second port. Placing the first port in fluid communication with tubing for delivery of slush towards the patient. Placing the second port in fluid communication with a source of gas which may be air. Subjecting the elongated container to automated repetitive movements so that the slush in the partially filled elongated container moves against interior surfaces within the elongated container. Ideally, two different forms of repetitive motion are used to impose complex movement upon the slush within the elongated container. Applying a pressure gradient to cause slush to flow out of the first port towards the patient. The elongated container may be made from a slush bottle with a reversibly engaged cap with the two ports.

  • Patent number: 11905665
Abstract: Disclosed are single ply creped webs and products made therewith. The webs and products are generally durable, flexible In and highly dispersible. For example, the creped single ply tissue products have a Slosh time less than 1 minute, and more preferably less than about 30 seconds, and a wet cross-machine direction (CD) tensile strength greater than about 100 g/3?. The foregoing properties are achieved even in those instances where the products comprise a latex binder disposed on an outer surface. For example, the tissue products may be produced by a print crepe process that disposes a non-crosslinked latex binder on at least one of the product's outer surfaces.
