    Abstract: A device and method are provided for dispensing a quantity of food to be cooked. The device includes a freezer, a storage container located in the freezer, means located in the freezer for dispensing a predetermined quantity of food from the storage container into a secondary container, and means for dispensing the quantity of food from the secondary container to a location outside the freezer. The means for dispensing a predetermined quantity of food may be, for example, a magazine with dual spiral flights for dispensing food items one at a time, or a vibratory conveyor cooperating with a device for determining a quantity of food in the secondary conveyor and means for terminating the dispensing when a predetermined quantity of food is sensed. The secondary container may have an opening in its bottom and be movable laterally to align its opening with an opening in the freezer.

    Abstract: A system and method are disclosed which capture signaling data from a signaling network, such as Signaling System Seven, and utilize such captured data to provide information about interconnection services provided in a communication network. More specifically, in a preferred embodiment, monitors capture signaling data from links within a signaling network and correlate the messages into call or transaction records for further processing. For example, in a preferred embodiment, monitors utilize the captured messages to generate call detail record (CDR) data and usage detail record (UDR) data.     Abstract: A method of manufacturing a composite turbine rotor in which blade coupons are fabricated from flat braided fabrics that have extending axial fibers. The extending axial fibers are then woven between the plies of polar woven fabric which make up the body of the rotor. This preform assembly is then impregnated with resin and cured. The blade coupons make up the blades of the rotor and can be made to have an airfoil shape, a curved shape, or a twisted shape by the use of blade formation tools designed for forming the rotor preform.
