  • Publication number: 20230136063
Abstract: Horticulture systems and methods are disclosed. The systems include an air handling rack system comprising frame supply and return plenums, an input diffusion assembly physically supported by and fluidically coupled to the frame supply plenum, and a plant support tray assembly physically supported by and fluidically coupled to the frame return plenum. The input diffusion assembly is configured to direct a supply airflow flowing through the frame supply plenum downwardly from an underside thereof. The plant support tray assembly is positioned below the at least one input diffusion assembly to form an environmental cultivation chamber therebetween. The rack system is configured to direct the supply airflow through the environmental cultivation chamber from the input diffusion assembly to the plant support tray assembly past one or more plants positioned on a support side of the plant support tray assembly and into the frame return plenum as a return airflow.

  • Patent number: 10740768
Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide systems and methods for increasing participation in loyalty programs. In embodiments, the customer opts into a loyalty program. The customer is then provided with information about his or her loyalty participation and also is provided with information about one or more other customer's participation in the loyalty program. In another embodiment, one or more loyalty members can form their own competition or group within the loyalty program. The members can create loyalty sub-program rules for a competition and allow fellow loyalty members to participate in the competition. The customizable loyalty sub-program competitions further enhance member participation.

  • Publication number: 20180056028
Abstract: A delivery cartridge includes a breakable container. The breakable container has there within a payload. End caps hold the breakable container within the delivery cartridge and are air-permeable to enable air/gas to flow-through the delivery cartridge. A cover contains at least a portion of each of the end caps, and the breakable container. The cover is made of a non-porous material to reduce leakage of the payload after the breakable container is broken. In some embodiments, an outer wrapper that is made of paper covers at least a portion of the cover. After the breakable container is broken, the payload is absorbed into or held between the end caps for release into air that flows through the delivery cartridge.

  • Publication number: 20180056013
Abstract: A system for delivery of a material through inhalation includes a delivery cartridge having contained there within a breakable container. The breakable container has there within a payload such as a scent-bearing liquid (e.g. essential oil, perfume, etc.), medicinal liquid, etc. A device for flowing air/gases (e.g., a fan) forces air/gases through the delivery cartridge wherein after the breakable container is broken, the payload mixes with the air/gases for delivery to a user by way of inhalation.

  • Publication number: 20070288951
Abstract: An incentive system for viewing commercials can be used to provide incentives to consumers to view commercials rather than avoiding the commercials through the use of electronic devices. In accordance with one embodiment, the incentive system can reward a consumer to play a commercial that the consumer would not normally play. This is of use for example in a personal video recorder that normally can be configured to eliminate commercials; yet, in accordance with one embodiment can be configured to assist as part of the incentive system to optionally display commercials when a consumer is willing to play the commercial. Feedback about specific commercials can also be obtained from a consumer in accordance with one embodiment. And, reports about particular commercials can be generated and supplied to advertisers and broadcasters, for example.

  • Publication number: 20060249998
Abstract: A furniture seating support system includes furniture support structure and a frame having tubular elements connected to the support structure. First and second tubular elements are positioned parallel to each other. A tubular cross member is connected to the frame between the first and second elements. A pair of pivoting joints each connect first element ends to the support structure, permitting first element rotation. Elastically flexible support straps with elastomeric elements are connected to the first and second elements to support an occupant. The cross member position is adjustable to vary strap stiffness. A furniture member cavity is accessible by raising the first element.

  • Publication number: 20060225219
Abstract: An inflatable mattress for storage within and use in combination with a furniture member includes a main body portion having a lower surface supportable on a surface such as a floor and an upper surface. An extending end of the mattress includes an extension of the upper surface co-planar with the upper surface, and a support surface which contacts a mating support surface of the furniture member. At least one fluid inlet valve and at least one fluid discharge valve are distributed about the inflatable mattress. A plurality of attachment devices connected to the inflatable mattress are used to temporarily or permanently attach the inflatable mattress to the furniture member. The inflatable mattress is collapsible for storage within a furniture member interior envelope.
