  • Patent number: 11408836
Abstract: A method of inspecting a component using computed tomography is described, the method comprising the steps of: (a) providing a computed tomography (CT) scanner; (b) providing a target component; (c) reviewing the geometry of the component; (d) estimating the best component orientation; (e) orienting the component; (f) scanning the component with the CT scanner; (g) loading CT scan data into 3D image software; (h) registering the best CT scan data; (i) determining acceptable and unacceptable regions of CT scan data; (j) determining additional component orientations; (k) repeating steps (e) through (i) until all regions of CT scan data for the component are acceptable; and (l) creating a merged volume of acceptable CT scan data.

  • Patent number: 10907402
Abstract: A panel support and panel processing system that provides a single frame assembly for use on a panel processing line in transporting and installing panels, such as glass panels, the frame assembly having a frame with at least one hook that engages a carrier on a processing line to move the frame from one station to the next, and that enables lifting and stacking of multiple frames for transport to and installation at a building site without having to remove the panel, such as a glass panel, from the frame, at which point the frame and panel assembly are secured in situ.

  • Publication number: 20120095886
Abstract: An account data access method allowing access to an agency account database, such as that of a collection or other debt recovery agency, from public sites over a network by agency affiliates and clients of the agency. The invention provides for secure access to a client's accounts using a web browser over the internet. The invention also provides for different levels of access to the accounts among different representatives of the client.

  • Patent number: 7522756
Abstract: A method, system and apparatus for processing a radiographic image of a scanned object is disclosed. A pixel offset correction is performed in integer format on the radiographic image using saturation arithmetic to produce an image in integer format with any negative corrected values clipped to a value of zero. The resulting pixels are converted to floating point format and the converted pixels are multiplied by a gain factor. Optionally the resulting pixels are recursively averaged with previous results. The resulting pixels are converted to integer format and the converted pixel values are clamped to a maximum value using saturation arithmetic. Non-functional pixel correction is performed in integer format and the resulting pixel values are clamped to a maximum value using saturation arithmetic. An optional processing path replaces the recursive average by a linear average. The resulting pixel values are optionally filtered to enhance features of interest.
