The system comprises a server including a non-transitory non-volatile storage medium. Abstract: Systems and methods for reducing personalized real estate collection suggestion delays via batch generation are disclosed. The systems and methods use user interaction information, home attribute information, and one or more machine learning models to generate sets of suggested real estate listings corresponding to personalized real estate collections. The system generates a set of personalized collection identifiers in a batch process with a first set of suggested real estate listings corresponding to respective personalized collection identifiers. The system also generates a second set of suggested real estate listings corresponding to respective personalized collection identifiers of the set of personalized collection identifiers. To reduce delays associated with providing personalized real estate collections, the system selects the first set of suggested real estate listings based on the generation of the second set of suggested real estate listings to satisfy a threshold value.

Instead of re-transcoding the entire set of digital media files if a portion of a single video fails quality, the disclosed systems and methods allow only the failing portion of the video to be re-transcoded.

The apparatus includes a security device that prevents unauthorized users from accessing the protected disc, discs, or spindle. The apparatus is such that any unauthorized attempts to unlock the locking device will result in damage to the disc, making it unreadable and/or unrenderable. The security device may be part of a system that also includes a network and a remote authentication server. Authentication data is transmitted over the network between the security device and the remote authentication server. The authentication data is then used to determine whether or not to unlock the security device.

Abstract: Methods and systems described herein play multi-license media contents. A multi-license media content includes digital assets, at least one of which is encrypted and requires one or more licenses to be decrypted when being played. The digital assets may include a video digital asset, an audio digital asset, or a textual digital asset. The digital assets may be played by using licenses from multiple sources such that various components (e.g., a video component, an audio component, or a textual component) of a media content are synchronized. The media content may be played without downloading those licenses that already exist in the domain. Licenses may be retrieved adaptively when the licenses or the license segments required for playing the requested digital asset are incomplete. A related digital asset rather than the digital asset that is requested may be played thereby ensuring an uninterrupted media content delivery.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for reusing parts of previously created media assets when creating new media assets. Files created for previous media assets are evaluated when creating a manifest file for a new media asset. If a needed file was previously created, the manifest file for the new media asset references the preexisting file. This avoids the need to recreate files when creating new media assets.
