  • Publication number: 20260197227
Abstract: Novel tools and techniques are provided for implementing automated diagnostic and predictive troubleshooting. In examples, a framework engine identifies an issue(s) associated with CPE, network services, and/or network equipment, based on analysis of network data collected from a plurality of data sources that monitor a plurality of CPE, a plurality of network services, and a plurality of network equipment within a network(s). An actions engine determines next best actions (“NBAs”) to resolve the issue(s). In some examples, the framework engine causes an automation workflow engine to perform at least one automation workflow. If the issue(s) has not been resolved, the framework engine generates and sends a message to a user device indicating an unresolved issue(s) including relevant information and the NBAs. If the current and/or predicted issue(s) has been resolved, the framework engine generates and sends another message to the user device indicating that the issue(s) has been resolved.

  • Publication number: 20260197567
Abstract: Novel tools and techniques are provided for implementing provisioning of network services via passive optical network (“PON”) ports that have been incorrectly assigned or connected. In response to receiving an indication that a first port, of a PON terminal, to which a first customer premises equipment (“CPE”) at a first customer premises has been assigned to be connected is already being used to connect a second CPE at a second customer premises, a computing system may identify a second port that is available to provide network services, may autonomously cause re-assignment of the first CPE from the first port to the second port, within a service provider database, may autonomously cause updating of network configurations of the first CPE to enable provisioning of network services over the second port, and may autonomously cause provisioning of network services to the first CPE via the second port, based on the re-assignment.

  • Publication number: 20260173240
Abstract: The techniques described herein relate to methods and apparatus for a power over Ethernet (POE) light for media applications. The PoE light includes a light, wherein the light requires a wattage of at least 30 watts for proper operation. The PoE light includes a processor configured to control the light. The PoE light includes a port in electrical communication with the processor, wherein the port is configured to receive an Ethernet cable that provides communication with a router, wherein the router provides over the Ethernet cable both: power for the PoE light to operate at the wattage, and data communications for the PoE light so that the processor can transmit and receive data communications according to DMX (Digital Multiplex) protocol so the light can be remotely controlled by a user.

  • Publication number: 20250157152
Abstract: Implementations relate to methods, systems, and computer-readable media to automatically generate an avatar body model based on a three-dimensional (3D) mesh. In some implementations, the method may include obtaining a 3D mesh of a virtual character, generating a skeleton for the virtual character based on the 3D mesh, wherein individual joints of a plurality of joints are pre-defined joints based on a body type of the virtual character; associating each of the plurality of joints of the skeleton to at least one respective vertex of the plurality of vertices of the 3D mesh to obtain a skinned 3D mesh, segmenting the skinned 3D mesh, based on skinning weights associated with the plurality of vertices into a plurality of body part meshes that correspond to respective body parts of the virtual character, and determining a cage mesh for each body part mesh.

  • Publication number: 20250071011
Abstract: A system and method for mitigating anomalies in a network device. One or a combination of mitigation actions may be pre-programmed into a plurality of customer premises equipment (CPE) devices. The mitigation actions may be available as temporary or permanent work arounds as problems are detected that match known or discovered patterns of log events. Unsupervised machine learning techniques may be used to identify and correlate new patterns of log events with device anomalies or malfunctions. When a new pattern of log events is discovered and correlated to an anomaly or malfunction in a group of CPE devices, the discovered pattern may be written to the group of CPE devices with instructions to use particular ones of the mitigation actions. The CPE devices can then, in examples, monitor their own logs to detect the patterns and implement one or more of the mitigation actions.
