    Abstract: A tool comprised of an elongated handle with a shaped pry bar blade attached thereto. The pry bar blade has a semicircular opening formed therein with a radius approximately equal to the radius of the sewer pipe. The pry blade is fitted about the neck of the plug or cap. Manipulation of the handle quickly pries the plug or cap from the sewer pipe. A worker may use the present invention without climbing into the sewer line trench.
