    Abstract: In accordance with the present invention, a disposable razor assembly and method are provided in which a packet assembly is releasably secured to the handle of the disposable razor. The packet assembly includes a plastic packet having a side wall forming a reservoir for single-use shaving-associated material. The reservoir is automatically opened as the plastic packet is detached from the razor handle even in high humidity environments. Several embodiments are described.
