Abstract: An electronic gaming device includes a display device and a game controller in communication with the display device. The game controller includes a processor and a memory storing instructions, which when executed by the processor, cause the game controller to: cause display of a base game including a plurality of reels; control the plurality of reels to display a combination of symbols corresponding to a primary game outcome; determine that the primary game outcome satisfies a bonus game condition and an enhancement condition to trigger a bonus game having at least one enhanced characteristic; identify outcomes for one or more free spins of the bonus game having the at least one enhanced characteristic; randomly select an outcome for each free spin from the identified outcomes; and initiate the bonus reel game that includes display of the randomly selected outcome for each of the one or more free spins.

The game controller includes a processor and a memory storing instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the game controller to: determine that a bonus game including display of pick icons is triggered based on a game outcome; activate a metamorphic for the bonus game based on the game outcome, the activated metamorphic being associated with a pick feature enhancement for the bonus game; cause display of a visual indication of the activated metamorphic; initiate a play of the bonus game and apply the pick feature enhancement associated with the activated metamorphic thereto; receive a selection of one of the pick icons during the play of the bonus game; and cause display of an award associated with the selected pick icon and determined based on the applied pick feature enhancement.

Abstract: The disclosed squaring device utilizes an upper squaring carriage with compression belts and pneumatically actuated squaring fingers. In one embodiment, the upper squaring carriage includes at least three compression belts. At least one of the compression belts, central to the other belts, is positioned to apply direct pressure to the glued seam after the upper panels and lower panels are aligned. As a folded box reaches the end of the folding section and enters the squaring section, the moveable belt is raised so as not to apply pressure directly to the glued seam. The drive belts on either side of the seam maintain the box in compression. As the box approaches the squaring fingers, it passes a sensor that sends a signal to a programmable logic controller. At a selected time, depending on the conveyor belt speed, the controller actuates a pneumatic piston that drives a rack and pinion mechanism to rotate the squaring fingers into position to intercept the box travel.
