Abstract: In some implementations, a scheduling system may receive a scheduling tag to define a custom schedule that includes one or more downtime windows for a cloud resource over a scheduling period. The scheduling system may determine a regular continuous schedule for the cloud resource that recurs over multiple scheduling periods based on the one or more downtime windows defined in the scheduling tag. The scheduling system may determine at a current scan time, whether a target state for the cloud resource is a running state or a suspended state based on the one or more uptime windows and the one or more downtime windows included in the regular continuous schedule. The scheduling system may align a current state of the cloud resource with the target state.

Abstract: A work management system for claims work management by claims caching and dynamic work allocation has a module configured to cause the processor to receive the plurality of claims from the plurality of claims input channels; determine the type and priority of each of the received plurality of claims; determine a profile of work for one or more claims based on the determined type and priority of each of the one or more claims; create a plurality of claims cache tables based on the profiles of work, each cache table comprising one or more of the plurality of claims; and in automatic response to determining the profile of work for the one or more claims, dynamically allocating each of the plurality of claims to at least one group and at least one user within the at least one group.

Abstract: According to one embodiment of the present disclosure, a system includes a workflow engine for performing a claim processing workflow. The workflow includes: a notice workflow that initiates processing of a claim; an investigation workflow that investigates the claim; a recovery workflow that recovers a value associated with the claim; and a resolution workflow that concludes processing of a claim. The notice, investigation, recovery, and resolution workflows each comprise preconditions common among the plurality of organizations. The notice, investigation, recovery, and resolution workflows each comprise customization points. The customization points are configured to perform organization-specific workflow actions. The system also includes a customized workflow module associated with one of the plurality of organizations and configured to perform an organization-specific claims processing workflow.
