Abstract: An electronic system includes: a control unit configured to identify a first indication input associated with a first real property post; generate a preference maximization profile of a second real property post based on the first indication input; generate a proposed property content based on the first indication input, the preference maximization profile, the second real property post, or a combination thereof for procuring a second indication input associated with the second real property post; and a display unit, coupled to the control unit, configured to display the proposed property content.

Abstract: A method of matching applicants, such as high school students seeking college admissions, to institutions, such as colleges, includes the creation of applicant profiles for the various applicants and institutional profiles for the various institutions. The profiles can incorporate psychometric, psychographic, demographic, and/or biographical attributes. The attributes of institutions can be matched to those of applicants, thus providing colleges with improved data useful in admissions decisions, as well as providing students with improved data useful in making college application decisions. Social media functionality can also be included.

Abstract: A rotary pawl latch is disclosed that has a lock bar that engages with the pawl when the pawl is latched and that moves toward the center of the pawl to release the pawl for unlatching. This lock bar never completely becomes disengaged from the envelope of the pawl. There are cutouts in the pawl which allow the pawl to rotate as the lock bar is actuated.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a load floor latch for securing a first closure member to a second closure member. When the first and second closure members are fastened, the latch is opened by actuating a handle and a pawl supported on the housing is rotated away from a keeper on the second closure member by the actuation of the pawl by the handle.
