Abstract: A fan coil unit is provided including a cabinet formed from a plurality of panels. A fan assembly is configured to circulate air through the cabinet. A heat exchanger assembly is positioned within the cabinet. The heat exchanger assembly includes at least one heat exchanger coil arranged in a heat transfer relationship with the air circulating through the cabinet. An inner surface of at least one of the plurality of panels is partially lined with an elastomeric foam insulation so that the air circulating through the cabinet does not contact the portion of the at least one panel lined with the elastomeric foam insulation.

Abstract: An electric heat coil assembly for use adjacent a heat exchanger assembly in a fan coil unit is provided including at least one electric heat coil. A mount plate supports the at least one electric heat coil such that the at least one electric heat coil extends from the mount plate. The mount plate includes an edge configured to connect to the heat exchanger assembly. At least one relay is coupled to the at least one electric heat coil. The at least one relay selectively applies power to the electric heat coil.

Abstract: A method, system, and control system for operating a HVAC system having one or more variable-speed components is provided. The method includes running the one or more variable-speed components at a first setpoint, and determining that the first setpoint generates a response having an intensity above a threshold. The response includes a vibration, a noise, or a combination thereof. The method further includes logging the first setpoint into a list of setpoints to avoid. The method also includes, in response to determining that the first setpoint generates the response having the intensity above the threshold, adjusting the one or more variable-speed components to a second setpoint.

Abstract: An event detection apparatus for a cellular communication system comprises a video upload processor (203) which receives video upload activity indications. Each video upload activity indication comprises an indication of a video upload from a remote station of the cellular communication system as well as a remote station location indication for the remote station from which a video clip is uploaded. An event processor (205) generates an event indication in response to the video upload activity indications meeting a criterion where the event indication comprises an event location indication generated in response to the remote station location indications. The event detection criterion may specifically be that more than a given number of video upload activity indications are indicative of video uploads within a given time interval and geographic area. The invention may allow improved event detection.

A server can send a message to a recipient about the creation of picture strip. A printing and finishing facility can produce the picture strip in accordance with the data structure, wherein the picture strip is shipped to the recipient.

Abstract: A computer-assisted method for automatically creating a picture strip at a user interface includes the steps of displaying a template for a picture strip having one or more image receiving areas in a user interface on a display device, placing an image in one of the image receiving areas in the template in the user interface, displaying a circle around the image by the display device, displaying a handle in association with the circle by the display device, and allowing a user drag the handle to rotate and scale the image in the one of the image receiving areas.
