  • Patent number: 11529598
Abstract: The present set of embodiments relate to a system, method, and apparatus controlling a cell culture media mixing system. The control system includes an integrated control unit capable of controlling a broad ranges of peripheral devices commonly used in bioproduction through a graphical user interface displayed on a touch sensitive screen. The bioproduction system is designed to be highly customizable through process modification and recipe creation by user with little or no knowledge of programming and is capable of controlling a wide variety of devices using a single unit. The bioproduction system allows for auto-detection, auto-calibration, and automatic of device related processes into a bioproduction workflow.

  • Patent number: 9920600
Abstract: An assembly for performing multiple downhole hydraulic stimulation applications in a well. The different applications may be performed without removal of the assembly from the well between the different applications. So, for example, even a hydraulic perforating application may be performed with prior or subsequent clean-out applications. Yet, there is no need to remove the assembly for manual surface adjustment of the hydraulic perforating tool in order to allow for such clean-outs.

  • Patent number: 9615035
Abstract: A specialized multi-smartphone rig is configured to simultaneously hold and operate multiple camera-equipped smartphones to enable capture of the same image by each camera under identical conditions using a single shutter release button on the rig. Because smartphones typically vary in how much time they use to process user input, custom native applications (“apps”) are installed on each smartphone to enable the cameras to operate in a synchronized manner. When the button is actuated, a signal is received at a microcontroller which hosts a server. The shutter release signal is passed to the server which, in turn, sends individual control signals to the custom native apps according to a timing model. When the custom native apps receive their respective control signals, they trigger their respective smartphone cameras to operate so that all the photos are captured in parallel across the rig at the same time.
