  • Publication number: 20070258002
Abstract: An imaging subsystem is provided which includes imaging pixels arranged in rows and columns of an array. Each imaging pixel is configured to generate pixel data corresponding to a portion of an image and transfer the pixel data along its columns toward a first of the rows. Also included is a bidirectional shift register configured to receive the pixel data from the first of the rows of the array and shift the pixel data toward either a first end or a second end of the bidirectional shift register.

  • Publication number: 20060012689
Abstract: A method and device for adjusting white balance are disclosed herein. The method may comprise generating data representative of an image with and without the use of a strobe. The contribution of the strobe and the contribution of ambient light are on the data are calculated. Based, in part, on the contributions of the ambient light and the strobe, a weight is calculated. The weight is applied to the data in order to adjust the white balance.
