The remote server may store the information about the first communication event. The remote server may also receive, from a second communication device associated with a second user, a request associated with the other party. Responsive to the request, the remote server may retrieve and transmit information about the first communication event to the second communication device.

The searched information may be related to, for example, prior communication events associated with communication applications of the mobile device. At least one result of the search may then be displayed to the user.

Scripts are interactive tools that guide a telemarketer, a sales person, or a technical support technician through a telephone call with a customer. Scripts are characterized by going on to particular subsequent questions as a function of the customer's answer to a previous question.
