A cover body has a top wall having a pocket with two sidewalls and a filter element and form a flowpath for air communicating through the body and filter to remove dirt, dust, and pathogens from air reaching the occupant of the interior cavity. The filter may be replaceable within a pocket formed in the cover body. A gauge strip may be positioned on the filter which changes in appearance when the filter needs replacement.
